Your challenges, obstacles and vision for your life are unique to you. It isn’t my role to tell you what to do. It’s my role to help you uncover what your highest values, ambitions and needs are.
I can help you find lasting sources of motivation and set meaningful goals in any of the following areas:
Depending on your goals, I will design your coaching programme specifically to you. I like to follow these steps to ensure that you have a perfectly-tailored package that supports you and gets results.
Step 1 - Have a Consultation
Before we start, I need to know where you are. During this paid, 90-minute session, you have my full attention. Together we will uncover the obstacles you are facing, and what tangible results and outcomes you are looking for. We look at what has stopped you before, and what is likely to stand in your way this time.
Step 2 - Review My Proposal
After we talk, I’ll send you a proposal for a coaching package. Depending on the scale of your challenge, I may suggest 4, 8 or 20 sessions. There will also be a proposed timetable and options for payment. You will also get details about how I recommend that we work together, and what approach I’m going to take.
Step 3 - Start Coaching
By paying, you reserve your space in my schedule. I guarantee to be available for you during that time. We close each session by reviewing what your goals are for the next session. To ensure that each session has focus and purpose, I keep notes. A few days after each session, we check in via email. This is an important communication touchpoint for both of us and it keeps the momentum going for our next session.
Where We Meet
Many of my clients are based in the UK. However, I also have clients in other countries. If you are in my town, we can work face-to-face at my preferred location. Otherwise, we will use video conferencing software like Skype. During our coaching sessions, it is important for you to feel safe and be somewhere comfortable and quiet.
